Hands-on tour of Windows 10 Mobile Build 10166
On March 8, Microsoft released Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586.164. The build is available not only to Insiders, but also to anyone using the mobile version of Windows 10.
All this means that the operating system is available for download in the Production, Slow and Release Preview rings. Build 10586.164 is just another cumulative update that fixes a number of issues with the operating system, and it doesn't bring any new features.
