This morning, in another quick launch similar to what Google is doing with Google Chrome, the Mozilla team released the final version of Firefox 7, less than six weeks after the release of Firefox 6.
Mozilla is quite proud to announce that this new version of the famous open source web browser brings a big improvement in memory management – something Mozilla has been trying to fix for a long time – as well as a speed boost.
The team has explained that the web browser software is less memory intensive in this latest version, with memory usage reduced by 20 to 50%.
