How to empty the Recycle Bin for all users on your computer
With this simple command you can force Windows to empty all user recycle bins. Of course, this is only possible if your user account has administrator rights and you open the Run command as administrator.
Note that the command syntax varies depending on the operating system.
And it seems to work in the Windows 8 Developer Preview too.
