Windows 11: Enable dark mode on desktop and apps
In Windows 11, you can enable "Dark Mode" from the "Personalization" settings. In this color mode, the items on the desktop, such as the taskbar, Start menu and other menus, File Explorer, and other supported apps (such as Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome), also switch to a dark color scheme with white fonts.
