Windows 10 Build 10159: New login screen, wallpaper, UI changes + more
In my previous tutorial, we went through the instructions on how to remove the default login screen background in Windows 10. However, many people may also want to replace the default login screen with a custom background instead of filling the screen with a solid color.
Changing the background is a bit more challenging. While you can easily modify the registry to remove the default login screen image, Microsoft doesn't provide a direct registry key that you can modify to add your own custom image.
However, the default background is part of the Windows.UI.Logon.pri file in the operating system and by changing the image in the PRI file you can add your own custom image so you don't have to look at a solid color or standard image every day.
