How to enable Cortana on Windows
In the new updated taskbar for Windows 10, you'll find a new search box that's home to Microsoft's digital assistant, Cortana. Once you click on it, she'll launch and you'll be able to instantly see a summary of your interests. You can type as many questions as you want, and more importantly, you can ask her anything using your voice.
Although Cortana only understands English in the preview phase of Windows 10, Microsoft will soon expand the available languages in which she can interact to more regions. However, there will always be a problem for non-native speakers. Cortana will always do her best to understand what you're asking, but for those who don't speak the language like native speakers, it will never be the same.
