Windows 11 (NEW feature): Access Android phone files wirelessly via File Explorer
Microsoft is gradually introducing several changes to Windows 11 and 10 to comply with the Digital Markets Act (DMA) in the European Economic Area (EEA). This guide will help you understand these changes and apply them to your computer.
The changes will be available as an optional update starting March 6, 2024, for those whose devices are configured to receive the latest updates before they are fully available, but Microsoft will continue to roll out the changes through April 2024.
The Digital Markets Act (DMA) is a European Union regulatory framework designed to promote fair and competitive digital markets by preventing large online platforms (so-called “gatekeepers”) from abusing their market power.
