Among many other improvements, one of the new features in Office 2013 is the ability to embed online videos from various services (such as YouTube). This new feature allows you to insert and play online videos directly in the document itself. This means that you no longer have to insert a link pointing to the video to complement your project. Once you have embedded a video, users can simply click "Play" and better interact with the Office 15 document (Word 2013 and PowerPoint 2013).

Embedding videos with PowerPoint 2013
1. Start Word 2013, create a new project, or simply continue editing a previous document.
2. On the ribbon, navigate to the INSERT tab and click Online Video.
3. The Insert Video box will appear. Here you can perform a search with Bing or paste the embedded video code if you have already found the video you want to insert.
