How to get Cortana on the Windows 10 (Anniversary Update) lock screen
While Microsoft released the Windows 10 technical preview in January (build 9926) in 22 languages, the company is making Cortana available only in the United States. Everyone else will find that the digital assistant doesn't work in other regions.
Rest assured, however, that this is a temporary situation. Microsoft's Gabriel Aul has already confirmed that Cortana support in other countries and languages will be included in future builds.
