Windows 11: Install Android apps via WSA (official)

UPDATED 03/09/2024: On Windows 11, you can install the Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) to add support for running Android apps from the Amazon Appstore (or sideloading).

The platform is still available in preview, which means it's still under development, but anyone can download it in the stable version of Windows 11. However, it's only available for devices in the US, Japan, and 31 other territories, so you'll need to set the language settings to those regions. In addition, installing Android apps requires logging into the Amazon Appstore with a US-based account.

This guide will show you the steps to install WSA on Windows 11.
