Enable or disable simultaneous resizing of all adjacent docked windows
Snap in Windows 10 has been improved with a number of new tweaks, such as Snap Assist, which automatically suggests which apps to dock next to the edge of the screen. You can pin up to four windows in one display, and now when you resize a spanned window, you can have the operating system resize the adjacent window at the same time.
If you've used the Snap feature in Windows 10, you've probably come across the scenario where you have two apps lined up next to each other, each using 50 percent of the screen space. However, sometimes you want to resize one of the windows and you'll find that you have to manually resize the adjacent window as well. While this isn't a complicated task, many users expect both apps to resize at the same time when you resize one of the windows.
Starting with Windows 10 Build 10547 and later, Microsoft fixes this issue by adding a new setting that allows the second docked window to be automatically resized at the same time as the first window is resized.
