How to set a data/Wi-Fi limit on a Windows 10 PC
Windows 11 (and 10) lets you monitor and configure data usage limits for when you're connected to the Internet through a data limit plan, which is usually the case when you subscribe to a cellular connection.
The idea of this feature is to help you track your data usage so you stay under your plan limit. Once you configure the Data Usage feature, Windows will warn you when you're approaching the limit to help you avoid exceeding the limit and avoid additional charges.
