Disable your location for all websites and browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer).
When you use Firefox, some websites (such as e-commerce, travel, restaurant, and search engine sites) want to track your current (approximate) location in order to show you relevant nearby products and information, such as offers available only in your location, the availability of a product, and more.
While there can be benefits to telling a website your location, it can also be a privacy issue. And even though you'll get a consent prompt, it's easy to accidentally select the "Allow" option instead of "Deny." However, if you've previously allowed a website to know your location, you can easily change the settings in Mozilla Firefox to block the site.
This guide will show you how to manage Firefox settings to deny location tracking to a previously allowed website. (If you're using Microsoft Edge, follow these instructions. If you're using Google Chrome, follow these steps.)
