How to disable location services in Microsoft Edge
While browsing the web with Microsoft Edge Chromium, some websites (particularly e-commerce, travel, restaurant, and search engine websites) may ask you to track your current location in order to show relevant nearby products and information, such as offers available only in your area, the availability of a product, and more.
While telling a website your location can be useful, it can also be a privacy issue for many people. And while you'll get a consent prompt to allow or deny the action, it's easy to make a mistake. However, if you've previously allowed a website to know your location, you can easily change the settings in the Chromium version of Edge to block the site.
This guide shows you how to manage Microsoft Edge settings to deny location tracking to a previously allowed website. (If you're using Google Chrome, follow these instructions.)
