On November 13, Microsoft released the second update for the Windows 10 Technical Preview, this is Build 9879, and for those asking for the ISO file version to install the preview, Microsoft will make it available once the operating system reaches the Slow ring of the Windows Insider program.

However, if you don't want to wait, you can download the ISO file for the Enterprise version of the Windows 10 preview, including the file for Build 9879, which the company appears to be making available before it hits the Fast ring of the Windows Insider program.
The Windows Technical Preview ISO file is available in 32-bit and 64-bit versions and in English, English (UK), Chinese (Simplified), and Portuguese.
If you're running Build 9860 on a virtual machine or spare computer, you can simply upgrade via Windows Update (preview builds) and select the Fast Ring option.
