Today Microsoft is releasing the first firmware update for the Microsoft Band. First spotted by Windows Observer, the Health app for Windows Phone received an update this morning and with the release came the firmware for the band.

Unpacking and initial setup of the Microsoft Band
The firmware is rolling out with build number 1.1.2110.0.09 R, but interestingly, the company has not attached a changelog to show what bugs have been fixed or what improvements have been made.
However, the Microsoft Health app only notes “General app fixes and improvements.”
