How to enable or disable Sets in Windows 10

On Windows 10, Sets was supposed to be a feature that would allow users to group apps along with websites into tabs, just like when you use your web browser, but across File Explorer, Office apps, Command Prompt, etc.

We saw early previews of the feature during development of versions 1803 and 1809, but then Microsoft removed the feature entirely and we never heard from Sets again.

A recent response tweet from Rich Turner, Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, said (via How-To GeeK): "The tab experience provided by Shell is no longer available," confirming that the company is no longer working on Sets for Windows 10.
