Microsoft launches the new Bing with ChatGPT
Microsoft officially unveils a new version of Bing that integrates the latest version of ChatGPT from OpenAI. The new experience is immediately available on the desktop as a closed preview with limited queries.
In the official announcement, Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, said: “AI will fundamentally transform every software category, starting with the largest category of all – search.”
As part of the new Bing, the company describes five new features, including "better search" with a familiar search results page, but now with a new sidebar that shows comprehensive answers to your search query. "Complete answers" means the search engine can now summarize the answer without having to jump from site to site.
