Windows 11: Upgrade from Windows 10 via Windows Update (official)

Microsoft is planning to release its “Windows 10 Fall Update” this November, but so far we haven’t had an exact release date. Previously, we had heard that the company might be targeting November 2, but Microsoft couldn’t complete the final version due to development time.

Now, WinBeta reports that the "Fall Update" could be released on November 10. The possible release date first appeared on the Microsoft Answer forums, where a community member asked, "When will Cortana be available in India?" to which a Microsoft support engineer replied, "Cortana will be available in India after the November Update is released on November 10, 2015."

Therefore, we can logically assume that the software giant is targeting November 10th as the release date for the “Windows 10 Fall Update” (Threshold 2).
