On Tuesday, July 23, Microsoft is again releasing three new updates for Windows 8.1 Preview. This new set of updates only affects Windows 8.1 Preview, SkyDrive, and Internet Explorer 11 Preview. None of the Microsoft KB articles mention that the new patches include Windows 8.1 RT Preview.
