Although it's still a few days before the Surface Pro 3 ships, the company today released a new update called KB268599: Quick Note-Taking Experience feature for Windows 8.1. This update essentially lets you take screenshots of, say, websites by simply double-clicking with the Surface Pen. You can then easily edit those screenshots in OneNote.
