As we all know, Windows 10 preview builds are not ready for production, they are pre-release builds that Microsoft releases to Windows Insiders so we can get a taste of what to expect. However, since these are early builds, there are issues and bugs everywhere. Surface Pro 3, for example, has some graphics performance issues in Windows 10 Technical Preview, but thankfully Microsoft is working around the clock on it and is fixing some of the issues today.

How to update and install Surface drivers and firmware | Microsoft
If you have the Windows 10 Preview installed on your Surface Pro 3, Microsoft is now providing an automatic update for the Intel graphics driver included with the tablet.
