Windows 11 24H2: The best NEW features in 2024
Microsoft is expected to host a new event on June 24, 2021, to announce details about the "next generation of Windows." The company made the announcement on the Microsoft website without any further details, except that the event will be live-streamed at 11 a.m. ET / 8 a.m. PT.
The news comes days after Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella announced at the Build 2021 developer conference that the company was preparing to unveil "one of the most significant Windows updates of the last decade" in a separate event rather than during the conference.
While it's still unclear what the software giant will unveil, the event is expected to include details on new ways developers will build, distribute and monetize applications, as well as visual elements and features that will be part of the new Windows (Sun Valley).
