What's new now: The Windows 10 event will take place on January 21st

The invitation reads "Windows 10: The Next Chapter." During the event, the company is expected to talk about the consumer-facing features of Windows. It is said that the event will last all day.

For Microsoft fans, the company will be live streaming the event. Speakers include Satya Nadella, Joe Belfiore, Terry Myerson and Phil Spencer. Big names from Microsoft have already been mentioned, so it will be a big event and many reveals are expected.

We also expect Microsoft to announce the release of the next build of Windows 10 to Windows Insiders. If you've been following my coverage, you already know that it won't be called "Windows 10 Consumer Preview." Instead, the company will use "January Technical Preview," and there will be a new build release every month.
