Spartan is Microsoft's new web browser for Windows 10 – IGN News
Microsoft's Project Spartan web browser will debut in upcoming builds of Windows 10. The company confirmed the news while attending the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
The software maker had already demonstrated the new software to replace Internet Explorer in January during the Windows 10 preview press event, but since then Windows Insiders have been waiting for the company to actually deliver a test version of Spartan.
While this news will bring a smile to the faces of many Windows fans, users were already waiting for a new version in February and it is still unclear when the company will actually make the next preview version of Windows 10 available. However, a new version should be available before the end of March, a source told The Verge.
