The Mail Windows 8 app is a simple and really useful email client that comes bundled with the operating system and adds more features with each update. One of these features that you may not have noticed is that after adding your Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL and even IMAP email accounts, anyone can pin any account to the Start screen. 1. In the Mail app for Windows 8, select or tap one of the email accounts.
2. Right-click or swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the app commands and click Pin to Start.
