Samsung’s August software update – why it’s important

Samsung computers contain a file called "Disable_Windowsupdate.exe," which, while not a virus or malware, is a nightmare for Windows. A researcher and Microsoft MVP has reported that Samsung Windows PCs come pre-installed with a file that disables Windows updates and, according to the company, is designed to "improve your Windows configuration settings."
