Windows 8.1 is dead 😭

The software giant has been working on this new update for about 10 months and it includes tons of small changes that make it feel like a full-fledged upgrade. Along with all the new features and improvements, users get Internet Explorer 11 with a new F12 development tool, unlimited tabs with no performance impact, and a new Reading View to declutter web pages and make them look like articles you'd see in the Bing News app. The company is also bundling the operating system with new and updated apps, such as Mail, which has been redesigned and now features a blue theme. Skype is a new app that comes pre-installed and replaces the old Messaging app. Contacts and Calendar are also getting an overhaul and the software giant is adding a Help and Tips app to help users get started with the new operating system.
