Windows 10 Build 10586 (November Update) for PC: Watermark disappeared, Edge improvements and fixes

Microsoft is working on a new major update, currently known as Threshold 2, and the company could be looking at November as a possible launch date. We were originally expecting the next update for Windows 10 in October, but according to WinBeta, the software giant is planning to delay the release of the update to November without a patch.

The new release date should be seen as a good thing, as pushing Threshold 2 back to a later date gives Microsoft more time to continue working on the new features and changes, which will hopefully result in a better and more stable version for customers.

Although Threshold 2 is just a codename, the company will likely name the update closer to the release date. According to the Windows enthusiast website, Microsoft will likely market Threshold 2 as "Windows 10 November Update" or "Windows 10 Update November," but the software maker could also opt not to name the update at all and release it as another regular update, since versioning and naming are no longer really relevant with "Windows as a Service."
