Windows 11: Upgrade from Windows 10 via Windows Update (official)
On July 29, Microsoft is preparing to unveil Windows 10 to the world, but we didn't know until now when the company would finally press the button to roll out the upgrade. However, thanks to Microsoftinsider.es, a Spanish blog, it has been confirmed that the software giant plans to start the Windows 10 rollout in every country at 12 noon.
The announcement was made by Ramon Planet, product manager of Microsoft Spain. While Microsoft usually releases the preview version of Windows 10 at 6 a.m. Eastern Time, it is not surprising that the company would release a new product at midnight. Windows 8 went on sale at midnight in October 2012 and Xbox One also went on sale at 12 p.m. in November 2013.
The news also confirms that many Windows Insiders and people who have reserved their free copy of Windows 10 will begin upgrading at 1am in their respective countries.
