Windows 10: Get the most out of Cortana

We've seen some hints before, but the latest version of Windows 10 Build 9879 that Microsoft has made available to the Fast Ring of the Windows Insider program shows the first settings for Cortana and voice personalization deep in "zPC Settings" (a development version of "PC Settings").

The new Cortana settings are located in the "Cortana and speech" section on the Privacy page of the development version of PC Settings. It's clear that these options are designed to customize the feature for your computer.
