Windows 10/11 Computer Keeps Freezing Randomly. FIX (2022)
Microsoft has a potential fix for freezing after installing the Windows 10 Anniversary Update with a new tool. Although the company is still investigating what actually causes Windows 10 to freeze after installing the Anniversary Update, users are being offered a new “Windows Self-Healing Tool” to try to fix the problem.
During the rollout of the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, some users reported a number of issues, including the operating system freezing after the update.
