Fix a problem with the Windows Store
The Windows Store is quietly being renamed to “Microsoft Store” on Windows 10. A new update currently available in the Release Preview ring of the Windows Insider program for the Store app shows a new name and logo for the app.
Aside from the shopping bag logo, which includes the color version of the Microsoft logo, and the new name, the store for downloading apps, games, music, videos, and books remains the same as in the previous version on Windows 10.
The new name of the Microsoft Store, which corresponds to both the online and physical store, could be a sign that Microsoft plans to offer other products to its customers. Perhaps even the possibility to buy devices and accessories in addition to digital goods.
