As you can see, despite releasing a fairly buggy version of Windows 10, Microsoft has included a number of features, changes and tweaks that show the operating system is taking shape. However, version 10041 does not include a preview of the Project Spartan web browser, and it seems that Microsoft will not be making the ISO files available for a clean install.
