Microsoft has just released a new preview of Windows 10 (Build 10041) and the new parts are immediately available for download via the Fast Ring. If you are a Windows Insider, be sure to head to Settings and change the update settings to get the new build.

The software giant hasn't released a public version of Windows 10 in nearly two months, so version 10041 brings a number of changes that make the update worthwhile. But you may be wondering: what's new? What changes and features are included in the fifth version of the Windows 10 Technical Preview?

As you can see, despite releasing a fairly buggy version of Windows 10, Microsoft has included a number of features, changes and tweaks that show the operating system is taking shape. However, version 10041 does not include a preview of the Project Spartan web browser, and it seems that Microsoft will not be making the ISO files available for a clean install.
