The Windows 10 Technical Preview (build 10049) is now rolling out to all Windows Insiders in the Fast ring of updates. As most of you have probably noticed, Microsoft is not releasing ISO files until the build is released in the Slow ring.

Windows 10 Build 10049: Project Spartan + new apps, features and changes
Keeping its promise to release more frequent versions, Microsoft is releasing Build 10049 just a few days after Windows 10 Build 10041. The new build includes some bug fixes, but there aren't many significant changes. Perhaps the most important new addition in this build is Project Spartan, as the company includes an early preview of its replacement for Internet Explorer.
