A look at Windows 8.1 Build 9271
Similar to previous builds, 9385 includes several changes and improvements. First of all, there is a new Lock Screen app option that allows Windows 8.1 users to display alarms on the lock screen.
In Windows 8.1, Internet Explorer 11 gets a new and redesigned developer tool (F12) in the Metro design that is very similar to the user interface in Office 2013. This is a welcome feature that will benefit web developers when debugging and fixing problems on websites.
Finally, IE11 gets the Inspect Element option, already available in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera, which allows web developers and designers to quickly inspect an element on a web page (it's worth noting that the option appears in the latest build of Windows 8.1, but is currently not working).
