As we all know by now, Microsoft has renamed the Windows 8 Beta to Windows 8 Consumer Preview for the next public version of the operating system, which is also due out in late February, and with the new name you can expect many other changes as well.

Windows 8 Build 8220 – a look at it
One of the most notable changes is Microsoft's decision to remove the Start button, introduced with Windows 95 about 15 years ago – read the previous article on this new change – but don't panic, you still have access to the Start screen and other settings by hovering your mouse over the bottom left corner of the Super Bar.
