Windows 10 Build 10061: New features, apps, UI improvements + more
The ESD files for Windows 10 Build 10061 have leaked, but it's not necessarily a build you can install unless you're a Microsoft employee. This time around, a new build of Windows 10 from the Redmond headquarters seems to have escaped the actual Windows Update servers.
Anyone can download Build 10061 from Microsoft's servers, but the ESD file that contains all the installation files is encrypted with an RSA key, which is not the same key offered in the official public previews of the operating system. Therefore, it is impossible to install the private build if you do not have the correct key to open the files.
