Another preview of Windows 10 (build 10102) has surfaced online. While we've seen some screenshots of this version, it now seems that those who want to download an unofficial version will be able to install these private parts.

Windows 10 (Build 10102) Crazy Bug
The new build of Windows 10 comes from the Winmain branch and the ISO file is only available with the Chinese language pack.
It's worth noting that a higher number doesn't always mean better. Even though Build 10102 has a higher number, as we've seen with leaked versions of Windows 10, it doesn't include all of the features discovered in Build 10074, which was also leaked just recently.
Among various other features, Windows 10 Build 10102 includes the new blur effect in the Start menu and taskbar, a new 3D flip animation for Live Tiles, and new Cortana integration in the Start menu.
