Windows 10 Build 10122: Hands-on experience with Start menu, settings, apps and features
Microsoft is rolling out Windows 10 Build 10122 via the Fast Ring of updates. Although the new build includes some new changes and improvements around the Start menu, Continuum, Microsoft Edge, and the entire operating system, Microsoft is rolling out Build 10122 with a "major known issue" that may cause "frequent crashes" in Microsoft Edge when using a computer with AMD graphics.
Aside from the crash issue, the company says the new version is supposed to be "more stable and polished" than Windows 10 Build 10074, as the RTM version of Windows 10 is imminent and the company needs to start preparing for the summer launch.
In these builds, users will notice changes to the Start menu and Continuum that were shown off at the Build and Ignite conference. For example, the File Explorer and Settings buttons are now moved to the bottom of the menu above the All Apps button, and right-clicking Start displays an updated context menu.
