Hands-on experience with Windows 10 (Build 14372 – 14366) Update tool, activation troubleshooter, UI changes
In a week, Microsoft will begin rolling out a second preview version of the Windows 10 Anniversary Update for PC and mobile to Insiders. This time, the company is making Windows 10 Build 14367 available through the Fast Ring.
Similar to Build 14366, the new test build of Windows 10 doesn't include any major changes or features. However, the new update introduces a new tool for performing a clean install called Refresh Windows and also includes many fixes to prepare the Anniversary Update for release in July.
Perhaps the most interesting change is the new tool that lets you start a clean installation of Windows 10 in a new way. The new Refresh Windows tool is available in the Settings app (but it's still a tool you have to download) and helps users install a clean copy of the most current version of the operating system on their computer without having to create bootable media.
