Microsoft is currently rolling out Windows 10 build 18362 to devices enrolled in the Slow ring of the Windows Insider program. This is the 39th preview released to testers and the seventh build available in the Slow ring, as part of the development of the April 2019 Update.
According to the company, Windows 10 Build 18362 is just a minor update that doesn't introduce any new features or changes, but it's an important release because it's the first time during 19H1 development that the Slow and Fast rings have the same build number.
If both rings have the same build, it usually means that the feature update is almost complete, but some last-minute patches are still missing.
