On March 22, Microsoft quietly released a new update for Windows 10. The company describes the update as KB3140741 and it doesn't appear to be listed on the new Windows 10 History Update site.
KB3140741 is rolling out to PCs running version 1511 of the operating system and is an update that brings stability improvements to the Windows 10 version 1511 servicing stack, according to Microsoft's support website.
This is also a minor update that replaces update KB3139907, which was rolled out to PCs on March 1, 2016 along with KB3140743.
