As promised, Microsoft is releasing a new preview of Windows 10 for mobile (Build 10051). However, this build is being released in the Fast ring of updates, which means it contains a lot of bugs and many things will not work as expected.

Unfortunately, this build has some scaling issues with the Lumia 930 and Lumia 640XL, making the UI very small and unusable. These two devices are therefore not supported in build 10051.
In the latest build, the company is introducing a number of new apps, including new Mail and Calendar, Phone and Messaging, People, Maps, and updated app switcher apps. In addition, Build 10051 also includes a preview version of the Project Spartan web browser, which uses the new rendering engine of the desktop version of the browser.
