Windows 10 Build 18277: Hands-on experience with new storage, Action Center and new features
Today is the day that Insiders will start seeing the first Windows 10 pop-up tips. From what I understand, you'll get personalized tips to help you discover more new features in the new operating system.
This means that if you haven't used Cortana before, you'll probably see a pop-up notification informing you of the feature's existence and how to use it.
