Windows 11: Upgrade from Windows 10 via Windows Update (official)
As part of another Patch Tuesday, Microsoft has begun rolling out a new cumulative update for PCs and mobile devices running the non-Insider version of Windows 10.
Windows 10 Build 10586.494 is a new cumulative update, dubbed KB3172985, and it brings a number of improvements and bug fixes. As always, Patch Tuesday updates do not bring new features or other significant changes to the operating system.
In the new update, Microsoft improves the reliability of Windows Media Player, IE 11, Windows Explorer, Miracast and the Windows kernel.
