Windows 10 Mobile Build 10581
Another preview for Windows Phones has just been released. On October 29, Microsoft is rolling out Windows 10 Mobile build 10581 in the Fast ring of updates. The preview brings some additions and improvements over the previous mobile build, but the company says there are no major changes in build 10581, just a lot of bug fixes, and Insiders now no longer need to go back to Windows Phone 8.1 to install the latest build of the operating system.
So, if you're currently using Windows 10 Mobile build 10572, you'll know pretty much everything that's new and can upgrade right away. If you've stuck with build 10536, you'll see a lot of changes, such as improvements to Cortana, Skype messaging apps, offline maps and storage settings, and more. Windows 10 Mobile build 10578 is now available for download via the Fast Ring of updates. Remember, you no longer need to be running Windows Phone 8.1 to install the new build. Here is the list of all known issues.
