Windows 11: Upgrade from Windows 10 via Windows Update (official)
Microsoft is now releasing Windows 10 Build 14915, part of the Redstone 2 update, which is scheduled to launch in early 2017. The new update is available for PCs and mobile devices enrolled in the Fast Ring of updates.
While the new Redstone 2 update still doesn't bring any major new features, it does allow devices with Delivery Optimization enabled to download test versions of the operating system even faster. In addition, Windows 10 Build 14915 also fixes many issues and brings new improvements.
Delivery Optimization was first introduced with the Windows 10 November Update and gives users the ability to enable a toggle to speed up the download of updates. The feature works by using computers on a local network and other PCs on the Internet to download parts of an update, rather than downloading everything from Microsoft's servers.
