A quick look at Windows 10 (Redstone 4) Build 17000
Redstone is the codename for the next major update to Windows 10. Microsoft has been developing the update for several months and we know it will be an update that brings significant changes, including new features, improvements, and a large number of bug fixes.
It is also already known that Redstone will be delivered in two waves, but so far all information indicated that both updates would be made available to the public in 2016.
Now, WinBeta reports that Microsoft has changed the release schedule. According to the report, the first Redstone update (RS1) is on schedule and should be released sometime in June. The update will focus on bringing devices like PC, Xbox, and phone closer together.
