How to Change Windows 10 Start Screen Colors, Background, Wallpaper, and Themes – Easy Guide
The new Start menu will automatically change its color to match the wallpaper you use, so if you're using a Windows theme, you'll notice the menu changing color frequently. The leaked screenshot below confirms the personalization feature.
